Further job losses at Bombardier
April 2: Bombardier today reported further job losses in its hard-pressed aviation sector with 3,000 redundancies. “There is no doubt that we are going through challenging times and our business environment is changing fast,” said Pierre Beaudoin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bombardier Inc. “There’s a need for prudent execution, clear priorities and decisive action in the current context. BA reduces 757 fleet
